Benefits of Pilates
So, what’s the big deal with Pilates? You may see some examples of Pilates moves and think, how is that going to help me get a toned body? Or you think, I already have too much on my plate (kids, work, housework, blah blah blah)…why should I bother to add one more thing?
I was in the same boat, a few years back, and then I gave it a shot. Lost about twenty pounds in record time. Seriously. And I didn’t even know about all the extra benefits of Pilates exercises, which are, to put it simple, amazing. So amazing, in fact, that I took the time to research and write an article on the subject.
